Cancellation or Modification of your Order can be done within 24 hours from your purchase.

You must submit a request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours from your purchase by email to [email protected].

To avoid delay in processing your order cancellation, please provide your order number, ticket registrant’s name and email, date, name of event and type of your ticket purchase in your email.

To modify an order, please provide your order number, ticket registrant’s name and email, date, name of event and type of your ticket purchaseyou want to modify. While seats availability may be limited, we will do our best to process your modification request.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your ticket is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to cancel or modify it.

Tickets sold with Money Back Guarantee may be eligible for Refund, provided Tickets holder met certain conditions to exercise the Guarantee. Refund request must be submitted to [email protected] prior to expiration date of Money Back Guarantee.
