My Name is Dan Lok, I’m Chairman of the Dan Lok Organization.

  • I had no systems in place to run multiple marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, and manage all these teams… so I had 30 or 40 people reporting directly to me which drained all my time and energy...

I Was Pulling In Over 7 Figures A Month.... But Wasted It Just As Quickly As It Was Coming In

It was a mess.

 

At one point I had to lay off 30% of my team in a single month! On top of that, I had…

  • A nasty 2-year legal battle with an ex-employee that caused months of headaches and stress
  • A key executive lost $500K on a single project with nothing to show for it
  • I had to fire my COO (and hire and fire people more times than I can remember)
  • My #1 media buyer for traffic quit in the middle of an expansion
