You may remember the 3 ways I shared at the start of the newsletter to increase revenue.

But if you only have one high ticket program at the moment, how do you get people to purchase from you more often?

Here are a few ways you can do this:

Run online or in-person events/workshops

Can you help your customers and clients get results in a few hours?

You may like to run events with a specific goal that help people who either have or haven’t bought from you before, get results so you can ascend them up your value ladder.

You can run the event yourself or invite guest speakers for longer events.

Create and sell a short ebook

This is a great way to convert new prospects.

In the same way as above, if you can get them tangible results with something they can consume in under an hour…

They’re more likely to become high ticket clients in the future, and you make revenue at the same time.

Create Shorter Program and Launch A Pilot Program

It’s always a good idea to have multiple offers in your business.

This allows you to upsell or downsell people depending on what their needs are.

If you’re yet to build a shorter and more affordable offer, now could be a good time.

Here’s an effective method to fill your new program fast, a well-known business coach teaches.

  1. Create a list of everyone you think could use your program and a list of everyone who may know someone who could use your program.
  2. Tell them you’d like their advice on something.
  3. When they agree, tell them you’re creating a new program and you think they could get a lot of value out of it.
  4. Use this time to research what to put in your program. Find out their 3 biggest pains, what they would like to see in a program, and what they’d like to achieve after completing a program.
  5. Once you have all the info directly from your target market, you can ask them how much they’d pay for a solution to their problem.
  6. Then you can offer the program to them at a 50% discount and tell them you’re launching a pilot program of 10 people, so you can help people get amazing results and receive case studies and testimonials.

Why Cash Flow Is More Important Than Revenue 

Of course revenue is important, but what’s more important than revenue is cash flow.

Why?

Because if you don’t have cash coming in, you won’t be able to pay any of your expenses.

To get around this problem, you must set strict rules around your ability to collect cash.

Reduce your payment terms to as few days as possible, and don’t let your clients push you around.

In closing…

Don’t wait to close new high ticket clients to make more revenue in your business.

A little brainstorming and action can go a long way.

How To Produce Content On a Consistent Basis

No matter what you pursue in life or business, consistency is KEY.

I always say, “consistency beats intensity”, and it’s very true.

Let’s take working out as an example.

You’re far better off building a habit of working out for 30 minutes, 4 times per week, than doing one 2-hour session only when you feel motivated.

It’s the same with content.

You want to build a habit around creating content because you’re not always going to feel motivated or inspired.

So how do you ensure you’ll set aside enough time each week to create content?

Another thing that I do, that Gary Vee also believes in, is integration.

I say, “Integrate content creation into your life”.

Gary says “Document, don’t create.”

It’s the same thing.

If you can find a way to make content creation part of your day, you’ll find it far less challenging to stay consistent.

Why Self-awareness Is KEY When Creating Content

As you know, there are multiple platforms and formats you could create content for.

Personally, I have content in all areas, from video to audio, to pictures, and blogs/articles.

I’m at a stage where my team creates a lot of that for me, but I didn’t get there overnight.

For you, if you’re just starting out or not too far along on your journey, you’ll need to figure out what you enjoy most and where your strengths lie, and then pick a suitable platform.

I have a lot of different types of videos on my YouTube channel, but they’re all connected in some way to business, life, and success…

But you’ll never catch me making a video about something I know nothing about, and that’s why authenticity is so important.

You’ve got to make content that’s authentic to you, your experiences, beliefs, and expertise.

Gary Vee mentioned this in the video I linked above, and other top content creators like Alex Hormozi will say the same thing.

If you speak on things you don’t know about, it will be obvious to your audience, and you’ll lose credibility.

Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t research a topic to relay it to your audience and add your spin to it, but you must do the work before you create content on a particular topic.

How To Keep Your Content Ideas Fresh

This will sound obvious, but if you want to succeed at the game of content creation, you must always have new ideas and a fresh spin on things.

Don’t get me wrong, this can be very challenging, but one of the things I like to do is look at content in other niches and see how I can apply it to my niche.

There’s little point in watching content in your niche for new ideas.

You’ve got to think outside the box, or better yet, think like there is no box.

And watching studying other niches is a great way of doing this.

But, I have something special for you if you ever get stuck for ideas.

How To Schedule Your Content

If you’re not at the stage where you have a team to schedule content for you, my best advice is to block out a small amount of time and automate your content.

You could do it once per week, twice per month, or even once a month, whatever works best with your content creation schedule.

I’ve tried a bunch of different softwares for different platforms, so feel free to Google search an automation software for the platform of your choice.

Some platforms, like YouTube have inbuilt scheduling options.

You may also like to research when is the best time day and time to post content in your region of the world.

If you want to build a loyal fanbase, some of which will take action on your offers, you must:

Know your audience… Have fresh ideas… Be authentic… Produce high quality content… and Be consistent.
